What we are looking for

Core competences
- Excellent command of Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Graphic design: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign for print & digital assets.
- Video editing: Premiere Pro and After Effects for social media teasers, highlight reels, speaker intros and polished conference recordings. Basic animation a requirement; advanced motion graphics considered an asset.
- 1-5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Relevant university degree: Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or similar.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written). Any additional EU language is an advantage.
Nice-to-have extras
- Colour-grading and sound-mixing fundamentals.
- Experience framing or directing footage on location or remotely.
What you will be doing
- Design brochures, presentations, infographics, banners, roll-ups and complete event branding.
- Edit & animate short videos for social media (< 60 s) and clean long-form conference recordings.
- Storyboard and develop visual concepts throughout the event life-cycle.
- Liaise with project managers and subject-matter experts to ensure brand consistency and visual impact.
