International Youth Conference “ART: NEW PARADIGMS” – Call for International Participants

The Student Scientific and Creative Society of the Yerevan State Theatre and Film Institute is organizing the International Youth Conference “ART: NEW PARADIGMS” in autumn 2026. The aim of the conference is to create a platform for young researchers to engage in academic dialogue and exchange experiences on contemporary trends in art and new paradigms.

The conference is open to undergraduate and graduate students, researchers, and young lecturers from universities in Armenia and abroad.

The conference will be held in both in-person and online formats.

The thematic areas of the conference include: theatre, cinema, and literature.

Presentation duration: 15 minutes.

Article Submission Guidelines

Articles must be submitted by October 30 of this year by sending them to the email address pr@ystfi.am. In the subject line of the email, please indicate “YOUTH CONFERENCE” and the participant’s first and last name.

The articles selected by the Conference Organizing Committee will be published in the scientific-methodological article collection “Handes”.

Technical Guidelines for Article Submission

Articles must be submitted using the Sylfaen font. The main text and abstracts should be formatted in 12-point font size, while references should be formatted in 10-point font size.

The page format should be A4, with margins set as follows: top – 3.25 cm, bottom – 3.00 cm, left and right – 2.25 cm. The line spacing should be 1.15. Figures and tables must be inserted directly into the text.

At the beginning of the article, the title should be written in capital letters, followed on the next line by the author’s full name, also in capital letters. This should be followed by the abstract and keywords in Armenian, then the introduction and the main text (with subsections, if necessary). The article should conclude with a conclusion section.

After the conclusion, the following information must be provided in Russian: the article title, author’s full name, abstract, and keywords. The same information must then be provided in English.

All submitted articles are subject to peer review. The dates of article submission, review, and acceptance for publication, as well as the author’s position, academic degree, academic title, and email address, must be indicated in the first footnote of the article. The footnote should be marked with an asterisk placed after the author’s surname.
