Decide how, when and who. Ship 50 ads a week, on time.

You run production: the right creator, editor or designer on each brief, clean deadlines, short revision cycles, and final assets handed to media buying.

What you’ll own

  • Assign creators, editors and the designer
  • Run UGC shoots and the external creator and influencer pool
  • Deadlines, deliverables and revision rounds
  • Final assets and handover to the Media Buyer

What we’re looking for

  • Production or creative ops experience in an agency or content studio
  • You have run UGC or influencer production
  • Very organised, at ease with Notion, Asana or Frame.io
  • Calm under volume
  • Fluent English

How you’re measured

On-time delivery, revision cycles, 50 ads a week.

Package

  • €30–38k gross annual salary, paid in 14 instalments

  • Full-time, Lisbon (partial remote negotiable)
