Artists Development Programme – Institut BEI x neimënster x Cité internationale des arts

The European Investment Bank (EIB) Institute is pleased to announce the 2025 edition of its Artists Development Programme (ADP) in partnership with neimënster Abbey Heritage Site for Culture (Luxembourg) and the Cité internationale des arts (Paris).

This edition is sponsored and mentored by the renowned French-Italian artist Tatiana Trouvé, and the professor, theorist and art critic Christophe Kihm.

Four formats are proposed and are open to emerging European visual artists, under 35 years old:

• For two artists from an EU member state to work on the theme “Disruption: The Imprint of Man.”

• For one artist from an EU member state to work on the theme „Art & Development” in partnership with Metins Fund

• For one artist from Austria, Croatia, Hungary, Finland, Luxembourg or Slovakia.

• For one artist from Ukraine.

Eligibility and selection criteria:

  • Visual artists born after 1 January 1990 (in the case of an artist duo, both members must be aged 35 or under).
  • Visual artists who are EU nationals (in the case of an artist duo, both members must be EU nationals), from Austria, Croatia, Hungary, Finland, Luxembourg or Slovakia for the third format, or from Ukraine for the fourth format.
  • Must be fluent in English
