ROOTS AND WINGS – YOUTH EXCHANGE

This summer we’re heading to Mallorca… a space to truly feel, create and connect.

Roots & Wings is an Erasmus+ youth exchange where we gift ourselves time to pause, play, explore and share. A space where art, body and nature come together to remind us of something very simple: being alive, present and connected.

  • Somatic movement & contact dance
  • Improvised theatre & creative expression
  • Mindfulness & mental well-being
  • Folk dance, song & collective rituals

A journey inward… and towards others.
A safe space to express yourself, move, make mistakes, laugh, feel and simply be.

Dates: 17 – 25 August 2026
Location: Mallorca, Spain 🏝️
Profile: Young people aged 18–30 + 1 Team Leader per country
Participating countries: Spain, Italy, Greece, Romania, Netherlands and Turkey

Funded by the Erasmus+ programme

Travel, accommodation and food covered according to programme conditions
