Call for submissions for volume 2!

Holding Space and Bearing Witness through Drama + Dance

The second edition of Provocations: Drama+Dance invites contributors to consider how we hold space and engage students with storying through acts of deep listening, seeing, and presencing. We would love to share your real, everyday experiences of drama and dance in the classroom!

We are seeking:

  • Student artwork
  • Teacher reflections; Student reflections
  • Video of student drama and dance creations
  • A lesson that “failed” and what you learned from the experience
  • A lesson that “succeeded” and what was learned
  • Something that touched you
  • Something you are grappling with
  • A story about holding space and bearing witness in drama and/or dance
