OPEN CALL for art & tech!

We are launching a new project and we are seeking new media artists. If you are using technology to push art in innovative directions, we want to see your work.

If your creative work implies animation, developing interactive installations, experimenting with virtual reality, augmented reality, video mapping, artificial intelligence, prepare a briefly & accessible way to show it to us, either as a link or as a digital presentation via email.

The projects received will be curated and the best ones showcased in our four-day festival at the following categories:

1. Augmented Reality
2. Virtual Reality
3. Video – Mapping
4. Interactive installations
5. Animations
6. Artificial Intelligence
7. Music & Tech
8. Fashion & Tech
9. Game Art

Our goal is to find and gather studios and freelancers that innovate in the artistic, cultural, scientific and educational fields. We focus on the interconnection between art, technology and society.

The project will work as a catalyst to raise awareness about the new media art culture while revealing, curating and exposing an emerging community of artists who create immersive experiences across the country.
We want to create a new context for those who participate to team up on collaborative projects in the future, in order to respond the audience’s desire for experiencing the potential of mixing art & technology.

LUCKY TRIMMER is seeking original short pieces. You’ve got until November 15th, 2019 to send us your best shot with an up-to-10-minute piece for review by our jury to take part in the LUCKY TRIMMER Tanz Performance Serie #28 held at the prestigious SOPHIENSAELE theatre in Berlin.

LUCKY TRIMMER accepts applications from anyone and anywhere during our open call period. Show us your solos, your duets, bring your whole dance crew. The only requirements are that

you are the choreographer or owners of the rights to the piece,

the piece is not a work in progress,

you do not require extensive technical support,

and the piece is TEN minutes or less
