At Cinelabs Romania, we’re proud to be the first KODAK film lab in the world in over 100 years of Eastman KODAK history — and we’ve been making movie magic since opening our doors on September 9, 1999.As the official KODAK representative for Motion Picture in the region, we’re now looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to join our negative preparing team. No prior film lab experience needed — we’ll train you!
Who We’re Looking For:
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Team player with a great attitude
• Willing to learn and grow
• Flexible and proactive in a creative setting
Requirements:
• EU or Schengen citizenship (mandatory)
• English proficiency (B1 or higher)
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve is a plus
• Post-production or editorial background (optional)
• Available for a 1-year contract (3-month probation period included)
Main Responsabilities:
• Prepare negative lab rolls (8/16/35mm)
• Test projections of film for quality control
• Chemical cleanup of lab rolls
• Familiarity with the analogic process is a plus
• Quality Report delivery for prepared material
What We Offer:
• Shared accommodation (2-person apartment)
• Rent & utilities covered
• Full legal employment contract (indefinite, with 3-month trial)
• Support with residency and ID paperwork in Romania
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 (with a 30-minute lunch break) schedule
• Weekend work only if needed — and you’ll be paid extra!
